Absolutely no comment on this.

That is me in the pink turtle neck and very shiny green pants (btw,I was 16)-AWFUL
Notice the Farrah Fawcett hair-doo doo. -AWFUL
For 'my friend Susan's benefit' -I was at the Concord in the Catskills! Weren't we all? I was all of 114 pounds and thought of myself as fat.
That's Lori, my sister, at her Sweet Sixteen. She was probably 105 pounds, and didn't think she was fat...I did think she looked somewhat Chinese....too funny

Check out you sexy mammas!!!

Okay, you started me on a quest to locate a particular pic of myself at the Concord Hotel. 14-15years old, wearing pink jeans, a belted white blouse, and looking like I was at my original weight of 7 lbs 6 oz. (In front of the Disco!!!)

Anyhoo, haven't found it so far, but omg...I'm finding the most amazing pictures from times and things I'd completely forgotten about!!!

Your pants are frightening, although i remember thinking you were really sophisticated in them.

btw, notice i'm carrying a pocketbook, to quote my children, "wtf", what was i possibly carrying? My 32A bra?????

funny....I have never been to the Concord....but my friend used to talk about the old days when she went thier for parties/dances or gatherings to meet other singles etc. You guys probably crossed paths...lol. According to her...it was big back in the day. I know she said they talked of restoring it...not sure if they did.

The Concord was the place. I fell in love with my first boy there....I was sixteen and he was the dreamest! He's a dentist on Long Island now! But aren't they all.....

So I heard, my friend used to tell me all kinds of stories and show me pictures from her past. She, likewise, had a great deal of memories and had met many a love or crush long ago. Funny, I have been going up somewhat around the area since I was born and have some family up there, and I never new about it until I met my friend (though she is about 4 or more years older than me). She absolutely loved it there and used to reminisce often.....

Funny, I only went up once for a "singles" thing, but went up regularly with my family when I was younger.

Ooooh yes, the stories I could tell about those pretty cabana boys....
