Congratulations on your LID-aversary!!

New post at my blog, showing our Easter weekend. I will have a slideshow up on Friday or Sat honoring our family day, which is tomorrow.

My good friend Vicky @ http://emilybrick.blogspot.com has one up today and you can see some cute photos of Emily and her orphanage sister Kelsey (aka my daughter)

I offer this information as a hopeful beacon for you and other Moms in the process. I know it's painful and raw. The one thing that kept my sanity during our wait was reading other blogs (actually I read so much I felt like a stalker!)

I want to reach out and give a cyber HUG! to Wendi and other waiting Moms. Please know I grieve for you too and for the babies you long to hold...I want them all in loving families.

You'll get there Wendi, I promise! I never thought we would either and look what happened!

China is in transition, but at least they are still in a process, referring monthly and processing families smoothly once referrals and TA's are achieved. Other countries are in turmoil. I know there's frustration, but you can be comforted by that.

Please take care and congrats on your new month!

Hey, did you ever make a 100 good wishes quilt? You might want to start that now, it will help :)

Another month down ~ wow! Yes, Joann (from NJ) - I'm the Joanne from NY :) said it better than I ever could... it WILL happen - you will have your daughter! Whenever I see Mia running around with a smile on her face - I just think "Hope", you can never loose Hope. I know it's easier said than done, but you have to have Hope. Take care...
